For Families - Placement Process / Background Checks

Each of our nanny and domestic candidates goes through an extensive screening process before we will represent them. We do the screening of each candidate, so our clients do not have to spend their valuable time interviewing candidates that are not the right fit for their family.

ABC Nannies, Inc.® is here to help you every step of the way. We are here to make the placement process as convenient and satisfying as possible for our clients. Our goal is to match you with the perfect nanny or domestic with whom you can build a lasting relationship.

Steps to Get Started:

STEP 1: Please complete our Family Application and Agreement (see below) and fax or mail it back to us.

STEP 2: One of our Placement Consultants will conduct a thorough consultation with your family.

STEP 3: We match the best candidates based on your requirements and forward their applications and references on to you.

STEP 4: Review applications and interview candidates directly. We will be in touch throughout the interviewing process to assist you.

STEP 5: Hire the perfect nanny for your family!

STEP 6: We forward on your nanny's criminal background checks (going back 7 years, as per federal law), Motor Vehicle Record, social security verification and search of state/national sex offender database.

STEP 7: We contact you and your nanny several times during the first three months to make sure everything is going great.
